Dear Dan,
Sign plans for the above named space are approved as noted per the notes on plan and below:
• All illuminated sign should bear the UL labels. All electrical penetrations through the storefront fascia for
sign installation shall include PK housing.
• Electrical service to all signage to be on a time clock on a separate circuit wired to Tenant's electrical
meter.
• Provide locations of service switches, access panels and transformers. None of these items shall be
visible to the public from any portion of the mall.
Provide the following to the Center Manager prior to fabrication and /or start of work:
• City approved set of plans
• Copy of permit card
• Certificates of insurance
Existing signage to be removed & all penetrations patched to match existing wall surfaces prior to installation of new
signage. The Macerich Partnership, LP, The Macerich Company, Macerich Property Management Company, LLC
and all allied, associated, owned, managed, controlled, operated, affiliated or subsidiary companies,
corporations, entities, organizations, joint ventures, LLC's or partnerships, active or inactive now, hereafter or
heretofore existing must be named as additional insured. The Tenant's contractor shall be checked -in and briefed on all
the requirements and the rules and regulations of Macerich.
