remove any trees, shrubs, or brush necessary or convenient to accomplish said purposes.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $ 0.00 . However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated, the right of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors, and assigns in the case of such event.

Bikeway and pedestrian easement for the property being lot 14 and the north '/2 of lot 13
"Fanno Creek Acre Tracts" in the southeast'/4 section 12, T.2S. R1W W.M., City of
Tigard, Washington County, Oregon.
Beginning at the southeast corner of the property designated by a 5/8" I.P. with RPC
mark "REPETO LS657" and going along the southern property line S 890, 51'48" W for
a distance of 248.00', which is the southeastern corner of the said easement and true
point of beginning. Thence N 020 05' 10" W a distance of 125.66' thence N 200 00'44"
W for a distance of 126.16', thence S 89° 51'48" W a distance of 40.00', thence S 20°
00'44" E for a distance of 126.08' thence S 020 05' 10" E for a distance of 125.75
