KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Sisters of Providence in Oregon by
St. Vincent Hospital.
ereinafter called the Grantors, in consideration for the sum of

from the City of Tigard, hereinafter called Grantee, grant and convey unto the City of
Tigard a perpetual easement for a public sidewalk on the following described parcel of
land, situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon:
(SEE ATTACHED DESCRIPTION)
The rights and Easements herein granted are subject to the following condition.
That the use of the above described area shall be limited to the use thereof for
a public sidewalk and for no other public purpose.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its
successors or assigns should cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of the
Grantee in the above-described easement, will be forfeited and shall immediately revert
to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case of such events.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee,
its sucessore and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned corporation has caused this easement to be
executed by its duly authorized, undersigned officers acting pursuant to resolution of
its Board of Directors.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A tract of land situated in the Northwest 1/4, Section 34, T.1S.,
R.1W., W.M., City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, being
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the west 1/4 corner of said Section 34; thence,
along the west line of said Section 34, North 0°10'48" West,
634.36 feet; thence, North 89°52'27" East, 35.00 feet to a point
on the east right-of-way of S.W. North Dakota St. and the true
point of beginning; thence, along the said east right-of-way,
North 0°10'48" West, 171.19 feet; thence, North 89°54'18" East,
5.00 feet; thence, parallel with said east right-of-way line,
South 0'10'48" East, 171.19 feet to a point that is North
89°52'27" East, 5.00 feet from the true point of beginning;
