87052053 6 ' CORP'ORATION PERMANENET SIDEWALK EASEMENT TRVU L CONSTRUCTION KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT DNIS+ION OF LLL INC. hereinafter called the Grantors, in consideration for the sum of dollars from the City of Tigard, hereinafter called Grantee, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual easement for a public sidewalk on the following described parcel of land, situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon: The rights and Easements herein granted are subject to the following condition. That the use of the above described area shall be limited to the use thereof for a public sidewalk and for no other public purpose. IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case of such events. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its sucessors and assigns forever.
