lying in the William Graham Donation Land Claim No. 39, City of Tigard, Washington County,
Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point on the East boundary of the William Graham Donation Land Claim
No. 39, said point being 1,336.50 feet North of the east southeast corner of said Donation Land
Claim, said point of commencement being further described as a point on the centerline of
S.W. 72nd Avenue and on the North line of a road conveyed to O.R. Tweet by deed recorded
at Book 149, Page 293, Washington County Deed Records; thence from said point of
