Oregon. Said parcel of land being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:

Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, her successors and assigns, the

A parcel of land situated in the northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range
1 West, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection at the easterly property line of that certain parcel
of land described as Tract "A" in the plat of Mara Woods recorded in Book 62, Page
8, Washington County records, and southerly right-of-way line of Bonita Road (60
feet wide) being in the westerly line of vacated S.W. 79th Avenue as recorded in Fee
No. 88-43088; also being at the proposed southerly right-of-way line which is 30.00
feet right and at right angles to engineer's center line station 26+12.78, more or less,
also being the southeast corner of that certain tract of land as described in Fee No.
91021017; thence southerly along said Fee No. 91021017, being a nontangent curve
concaved southeasterly an arc length of 34.0 feet, more or less, to said westerly
property line of that certain tract, which is 30.00 feet left and at right angles to
engineer's center line station 1+77.10 (S.W. 79th Avenue), more or less; thence along
