Being a portion of Lot 10, Willowbrook Farm, located in Section 10, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West, of the Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Parcel H as described in a deed to Ida Kielhorn
1 recorded July 31, 1956, Book 384, Page 599, a deed to Dorette Ristig recorded October
10, 1977 (1/3 interest), Book 1206, Page 822, and a deed to Helen Krueger recorded
October 10, 1977 (1/3 interest) Book 1206, Page 821; Thence S 89°27'17" W along the
north line of said Parcel II 194.81 feet to the tru_- poi. -A of beginning of a 195.00 foot
radius curve to the right, having a central angle of 79°39'36" (chord of which bears S
49°37'29" W 249.80 feet); Thence along said curve 271.11 feet; Thence S 89°27'17" W
60.07 feet to the beginning of a 380.00 foot radius curve to right, having a central angle
of 18°56'06" (chord of which bears N 81°04'40" W 125.01 feet); Thence along said curve

true point of beginning. Containing 27,912 square feet.
The remaining undivided one-third interest is held by the Estate of Ida M. Kielhom, deceased, and is
being conveyed to Grantee by a separate Personal Representative's Deed. The property is free from all
encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive Covenants and Easements of Record, if any,
and the provisions of any ordinance of the City of Tigard, Oregon enacted prior to the date hereof.
