Robert E. and Ruth N. G71mor, Grantor, conveys and warrants to the City of Tigard,
Oregon, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real property, for the
purposes of constructing a road, free of encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein,
situated in Washington County, Oregon, to-wit:
A parcel of land situated in the northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range
1 West, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, described as follows: That
portion of land as described in Book 506, Page 122, recorded February 14, 1954, Washington
County records, lying northerly of a line 30 southerly (measured at right angle) to the
following described line:
Beginning at a found railroad spike in the bridge over Fanno Creek, being S.
01°27'08" E. a distance of 1,319.16 feet from the north quarter corner of said
Section 1.2; thence, N. 88042'32" V as distance of 1,912.27 feet. The above line
being the center line of S.W. Bonita Road as shown in CS 20,387, Washington
County Survey Records.
Containing 3,109 square feet of land, more or less.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, their successors and assigns, the following: NONE
THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR USE
MA) BE MADE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT. A
BUY -R SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY

The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive
Covenants and Easements of Record, if any, and the provisions of any ordinance of the City
of Tigre: d, Oregon, enacted prior to the date hereof.
The true consideration for this conveyance is Three Thousand Four Hundred and No/100
Dollars ($3,400.00 as specified per the requirements of ORS 93.030.)
