91021017 W DEED - STATUTORY FORM Washington County (for the purposes of constructing a road) Synnove Lover, Grantor, conveys and warrants to the City of Tigard, Oregon, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real property, for the purposes of constructing a road, free of encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in Washington County, Oregon, to-wit: A parcel of land situated in the northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon.
