WARRANTY DEED - STATUTORY FORM
A.N. and Esther Patricia Ziglinski, Grantor(s), convey and warrant to The City of Tigard,
Oregon, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real property free of
encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in Washington County,
Oregon, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and by reference made a part of this warranty deed.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the following:
THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR USE
MAY BE MADE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT. A
BUYER SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY
PLANNING DEPARTMENTS TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive
Covenants and Easements of Record, if any, and the provisions of any ordinance of the
of the City of Tigard, Oregon, enacted prior to the date hereof.
The true consideration for this conveyance is Twelve Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250.00 as
specified per the requirements of ORS 93.030.)

a recorded plat, Washington County Plat Records (said easterly corner also
being on the centerline of S.W. Walnut St.); thence North 570 58, West, on said
centerline, 88.0 feet; thence South 390 53• West, on the southeasterly line of
