to the CITY OF TIGARD, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real
property free of encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in Washington
County, Oregon, to-wit:
A tract of land situated in Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 1 West,
Willamette Meridian, and being a part of Lots 5 and 6, FRUITLAND ACRES,
Washington County, Oregon, being more particularly described as follows, to
wit:
1 Beginning at an iron rod in the Easterly right of way line of Southwest 72nd
cJ Avenue, which iron rod bears North 276.21 feet from the Southwest corner of
o said Lot 6, FRUITLAND ACRES, from said place of beginning, thence
continuing North 132.60 feet to the Southeasterly right of way line of state
highway; thence Northeasterly along said Southeasterly right of way line on a
curve to the left have a radius of 1462.5 feet a distance of 26.74 feet to an iron
pipe; thence leaving said Southeasterly right of way line South 43°29'30" East
202.62 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 87°37' West 25.43 feet to an iron pipe;
thence South 89°49' West 135.35 feet to the place of beginning.
