south line and along said curve 26.90 feet; Thence N 03°03'49" E 116.43 feet to the beginning
of a 230.00 foot radius curve to the right, having a central angle of 14°34'29" (chord of which
bears N 10°21'03" E 58.35 feet Thence along said curve 58.51 feet to a point on the north line
{ of said Tract #4; Thence along said north line N 89°27'17" E 32.45 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 9,206 square feet.
