& Nurseries, Inc., Recorded October 2, 1989, fee No. 89-47454; Thence S 89°27'17" W 32.45
feet to the beginning of a 230.00 foot radius curve to the right, having a central angle of
17°41'58" (chord of which bears N 26°29'17' E 70.77 feet; Thence along said curve 71.05 feet
to a point on the east line of said Parcel i:; Thence along said east line S w°48'01" E 63.04 feet
to the point of beginning. Containing 1,151 square feet.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the following: NONE
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE
LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING
FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING
DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive Covenants

Oregon, enacted prior to the date hereof.
