City of Tigard, Oregon, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real
property, for the purposes of constructing a road, free of encumbrances except as specifically
set forth herein, situated in Washington County, Oregon, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and by reference made a part of this warranty deed.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, their successors and assigns, the following: NONE
THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR USE
MAY BE MADE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT. A
BUYER SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY
PLANNING DEPARTMENTS TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive
Covenants and Easements of Record, if any, and the provisions of any ordinance of the of
the City of Tigard, Oregon, enacted prior to the date hereof.
The true consideration for this conveyance is One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00 as
specified per the requirements of ORS 93.030.)
