R. Barry Menashe and Martha Schulz, Grantors, convey and warrant to The City of
Tigard, Oregon, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real property
free of encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in Washington
County, Oregon, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and by reference made a part of this warranty deed.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the following:
THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR USE
MAY BE MADE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT. A
BUYER SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY
PLANNING DEPARTMENTS TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive
Covenants and Easements of Record, if any, and the provisions of any ordinance of the
of the City of Tigard, Oregon, enacted prior to the date hereof.
The true consideration for this conveyance is Seven Hundred and Forty Dollars ($740.00
as specified per the requirements of ORS 93.030.)

A parcel of land situated in the northeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M.,
Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the easterly property line
of that parcel of land conveyed to Marcha Schulz recorded on page
931 of Book 1117 Washington County records and the northerly Right
of Way line of S.W. Greenburg Road as defined in City of Tigard
Ordinance No. 90-01 dated January 22, 1990; Thence Northerly along
said easterly property line to a point which is 37.22 feet right
and at right angles to engineer's centerline station 132+75.45 as
illustrated in City of Tigard R/W - Easement Exhibits Sta. 129+00
to Sta. 138+00 sheet 4 of 8 dated 3/2/90; Thence Westerly to a
point of intersection with the aforementioned northerly right of
way line of S.W. Greenburg Road, said point being 30.00 feet right
of engineer's centerline station 133+34.71,'more or less; Thence
Easterly along said northerly right of way line of S.W. Greenburg
Road to the point of beginning.
