A parcel of land situated in the southeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M.,
Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly property line of
that parcel of land granted by Patricia A. Taylor-Cantrell and
Carroll R. Cantrell (hereafter referred as the Cantrell parcel) in
trust deed to Stewart Title of Oregon, Inc. in Fee No. 84022347
recorded June 11, 1984 and the easterly right of way line of S.W.
Greenburg Road as defined in City of Tigard Ordinance No. 90-01
dated January 22, 1990; Thence, Northerly along said easterly right
of way line to a point of curvature as illustrated in the City of
Tigard's SW Greenburg Road R/W - Easement Exhibits Sta. 109+00 to
Sta. 119+00, sheet 2 of 8 dated 1/21/90; Thence, Northeasterly
along said north property line to a point of that is 35.00 feet
right of engineer's centerline station 112+33.74, more or less;
Thence, Southerly and parallel with said right of way line to a
point of intersection with the south property line of said Cantrell
parcel, said point being 35.00 feet right of engineer's centerline
station 110+77.20; Thence, Southwesterly along said south property
line to the Point of Beginning.
