A parcel of land situated in the northwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Willamette
Meridian, Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the northerly right of
way line of S.W. Greenburg Road as defined in City of Tigard
Ordinance 90-01, dated January 22, 1990, and the easterly right of
way line of S.W. 95th Avenue; Thence, Northerly along said easterly
right of way line to a point which is 37.00 feet right and at right
angles to engineer's centerline Station 123+09.63, more or less; as
illustrated in City of Tigard R/W - Easement Exhibits Station
119+00.42 to Station 129+00.98 sheet 3 of 8 dated 2/20/90; Thence
easterly and parallel to the aforementioned northerly right of way
line of S.W. Greenburg Road to the point of intersection with the
easterly property line of that parcel of land conveyed to C. Verne
Christensen and Lana E. Christensen recorded in Book 516 page 74,
on June 23, 1964, Washington County Records, said point being 37.00
feet right of engineer's centerline Station 121+74.58, more or
less; Thence Southerly along said easterly property line to the
point of intersection with said northerly right of way line; Thence
Westerly along said northerly right of way line to the point of
