See Exhibit "A" attached to and by reference made a part of this warranty deed.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the following: None

The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive
Covenants and Easements of Record, if any, and the provisions of any ordinance of the

The true consideration for this conveyance is Eighteen Hundred Seventy Dollars ($1,870.00
as specified per the requirements of ORS 93.030.)

RIGHT OF WAY TAKE
A parcel of land situated in the northeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M.,
Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection at the westerly property line
of that parcel of land conveyed to Murrne S. Donaldson and Pearl E.
Donaldson, recorded August 9, 1965, in Book 563, Page 432,
Washington County Records, and the northerly right of way line of
S.W Greenburg Road as defined in City of Tigard Ordinance No. 90-01
dated January 22, 1990; Thence Northerly along said westerly
property line to a point which is 37.22 feet right and at right
angles to engineer's centerline station 132+75.45, as illustrated
in City of Tigard R/W - Easement Exhibits Sta. 129+00 to Sta.
138+00 sheet 4 of 8 dated 3/2/90; Thence Easterly to a point of
intersection with the aforementioned northerly right of way line of
S.W. Greenburg Road, said point being 30.00 feet right of
engineer's centerline station 131+72.66, more or less; Thence
Westerly along said northerly right of way line of S.W. Greenburg
Road to the point of beginning.
