Tigard, Oregon, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real property
free of encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in Washington County,
Oregon, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and by reference made a part of this warranty deed.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the following: None

MAY BE MADE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT. A

The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive
Covenants and Easements of Record, if any, and the provisions of any ordinance of the

The true consideration for this conveyance is Eleven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($1,180.00

A parcel of land situated in the southeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M.,
Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly property line of
that parcel of land granted by Jean M. Barnes and Joan M. Bernards
in trust deed to Ticor Title Insurance Company in Fee No. 88-05293
recorded February 5, 1988 and the easterly right of way line of
S.W.-Greenburg Road as defined in City of Tigard Ordinance No. 90-
01 dated January 22, 1990; Thence, Northerly along said easterly
right of way line to a point of intersection with the north
property line of said Barnes and Bernards parcel, as illustrated in
the City of Tigard's SW Greenburg Road R/W - Easement Exhibits Sta.
