quarter of section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M.,
Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection at the northerly property line
of that parcel of land conveyed to Jackson, Turner, ET AL in a Real
Estate contract recorded August 26, 1976, on page 311 of book 1108,
Washington County Records, and the easterly right of way line of
S.W. Greenburg Road as defined in City of Tigard Ordinance No. 90-
01 dated January 22, 1990, Thence Easterly along said northerly
