A parcel of land situated in the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Willamette
Meridian, Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly right of way line of
S.W. Greenburg Road as defined in the City of Tigard Ordinance
Number 90-01 dated January 22, 1990, and the easterly right of way
line of SW 95th Avenue, as illustrated on CITY OF TIGARD'S SW
Greenburg Road R/W - Easement Exhibits station 119+00.42 to
129+00.98, sheet 3 of 8 dated 2/20/90; Thence, Easterly along said
S.W. Greenburg Road right-of-way line to a point, said point being
30.00 feet left of engineer's centerline station 121+92.92; Thence,
Southerly to a point which is 37.00 feet left of and at right
angles to engineer's centerline station 121+92.92; Thence, Westerly
and parallel to right of way line to a point of intersection with
the easterly right of way line of said SW 95th Avenue, said point
being 37.09 feet left of engineer's centerline station 122+83,81,
