Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real property free of
encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in Washington County,
Oregon, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and by reference made a part of this warranty deed.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the following: None

The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive
Covenants and Easements of Record, if any, and the provisions of any ordinance of the

RIGHT OF WAY TAKE
A parcel of land situated in the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South, RAnge 1 West, W.M.,
Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection at theasterly property line
of that parcel of land conveyed by Ida Van Wormer in a Trust
Deed recorded in Fee No. 88-15590 recorded April 15, 1988
Washington County Records, and the westerly right of way line of SW
Greenburg Road, as defined in City of Tigard Ordinance No. 90-01
dated January 22, 1990; Thence, westerly along said southerly
property line to a point that is 37.00 feet left and at right angle
to engineer's centerline station 115+87.545, as illustrated in the
City of Tigard's SW Greenburg Road R/W - Easement Exhibits Sta
109+00 to Sta. 119.00 sheet 2 of 8 dated 2/20/90. Thence,
northerly and parallel to said westerly right of way line to a
..point of curvature, said point being 37.00 feQt left of engineer's
centerline station 116+61.00, more or less; Thence 36.56 feet along
the arc of a 23,00 foot radius curve to the left through a central
angle of 910 05' 13" to a point of tangency with the easterly
right-of-way line of SW 92nd Avenue, said point being 60.44 feet
left of engineer's centerline station 116+83.99, more or less;
thence easterly along said westerly right of way of SW Greenburg
Road to the point of beginning.
