Michael W. Wilhelm and Dana K. Wilhelm, Grantors, convey and warrant to The City of
Tigard, Oregon, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following described real property
free of encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in Washington
County, Oregon, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A' attached to and by reference made a part of this warranty deed.
Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the following: None
THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR USE
MAY BE MADE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT. A
BUYER SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY
PLANNING DEPARTMENTS TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
The said property is free from encumbrances except Conditions, Restrictions, Restrictive
Covenants and Easements of Record, if any, and the provisions of any ordinance of the
of the City of Tigard, Oregon, enacted prior to the date hereof.
The true consideration for this conveyance is Five Thousand, Nine Hundred, Fifty and
No/100's Dollars ($5,950.00) as specified per the requirements of ORS 93.030.)

K parcel of land situated in the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M.,
Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection at the westerly right of way
line of SW 90th Avenue and the northerly right of way line of S.W
Greenburg Road as defined in City of Tigard Ordinance No. 90-01
dated January 22, 1990, Thence Westerly along said northerly right
of way line to the point of intersection with the westerly right of
way of that parcel of land conveyed by Michael W. Wilhelm and Dana
K. Wilhelm in a trust deed recorded in Fee No. 84-035079 on August
31, 1984 Washington County Records. Thence Northerly along said
westerly property line to a point, said point being 35.00 feet
right of engineer's centerline station 109+87.99 more or less, as
illustrated in City of Tigard R/W - Easement Exhibits Sta. 100+00
to Sta.. 108+99.84, sheet 1 of 8 dated 2/20/90 and Sta. 108+99.84 to
Sta. 119+00.42, sheet 2 of 8 dated 2/23/90; Thence Easterly and
parallel to said northerly right of way line of SW Greenburg Road
to an angle point, said point being 35.00 feet right of engineer's
centerline station 109+15.82, more or less; Thence Northerly to an
angle point, said point being 41.99 feet right of engineer's
centerline station 109+15.86, more or less; Thence Easterly to the
point of intersection with the westerly right of way of SW 90th
Avenue, said point being 41.66 feet right of engineer's centerline
station 108+19.41, more or less; Thence Southerly along said
westerly right of way of SW 90th Avenue to the point of beginning.
