A tract of land in the Northeast quarter of Secton 10, Township 2 South, Range 1
West, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly southeast corner of Lot 13, GAARDE PARR; theme South
35' 15' West 184.29 feet along the east line of that tract of land conveyed to Hans
P. Gaarde and Hilma G. Gaarde by deed recorded in Book 156, Page 476, to a point on
the north line of Gaarde Street (County Road No. 358); thence Northwesterly along the
north line of said road to a point on the north line of said Section 10; thence East
along the north line of said Section and the south line of Lots 7, 8 and 13, GAARDE
PARR, to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFRCM that portion conveyed to J. A. Hooper and Ina I. Hooper by deed
recorded in Book 398, Page 141, being more particularly decribed as follows:
Beginning at the Westerly most corner of that tract conveyed to Hans P. Gaarde, et
ux, by deed recored February 10, 1926, in Book 132, Page 195, Deed Records, being the
intersection of the northerly line of the County Road (now SW Gaarde Street) and the
north line of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian,
Washington County, Oregon; thence Southeasterly along the southerly line of said
Gaarde tract, 7 feet 9 inches to a point marked by a 3/4 inch iron pipe set in the
ground; thence Northerly to a point on the north line of grantor's lands 6 feet
Easterly from the said Westerly east beginning point; thence along the north line of
grantor's lands to the point of beginning.
