quarter of Section 15, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the
Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon,
described in deed to Michael D. Elton, Washington County Deed
Records, said property being more fully described as follows:
The East one-half of Lot 26, Willowbrook Farm,
Washington County, Oregon. Also, Beginning at the
northeast corner of the west one-half of said Lot 26,
from which an iron pipe is set 20 feet South; thence
South 89052' West 115.45 feet; thence South parallel
with the eastern boundary of said west one-half (at 20
feet an iron pipe is set at roadside) 377.2 feet to an
iron pipe on south boundary of said lot; thence East
115.45 feet to the southeast corner of said west one-
half of lot; thence North 377.45 feet to a point of
beginning. EXCEPTING the south 100 feet of the east
