Grantee, for public road right-of-way, the following described real property free
of encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein situated in Washington
County, Oregon, to-wit:
A tract of land in the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 14,
Tounship 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of
Washaington and State of Oregon, described as follows:
Beginning at the quarter section corner on the North line of Section 14, and
.running :-thence East on said section line 216.15 feet; thence South and parallel
to the North and South center section line 45. thence West parallel
to the.North line of said Section 216.15 fee thence North on the center section
line 45.0 feet to the place of beginning.
