Reserving, however, unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the following:

property being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of that
tract sold on contract to George Kreick, et ux by
instrument recorded in Deed took 493 Page 29,
Washington County Deed Records, and the North line of
Durham Road; thence West along the North line of
Durham Road 144.00 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 0 25' East parallel with the
East line of the herein above described parcel,
