right to remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees, and- other obstructions on the parcel of land described in Exhibit
"A", situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon.

IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
1 stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover, provided. however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee a
geen that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
casement to be vacaicd, the right of the. Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfcited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors, and assigns in the case of such event.

A tract of land in the southeast one-quarter of Section 36, T. 1S., R. 1W., W.M., City of Tigard,
Washington County, Oregon, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast comer of Lot 16, block 4, of the plat of West Portland Heights,
a duly recorded plat in said County, thence N.01°06'00"W. along the East line of said Block.
4, 150.00 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 18 of said Block 4 and the Point of Beginning
of the herein described tract; thence continuing N.01°06'00"W. along said East line, 158.90
feet to the northeast corner of said Block 4; thence N.88°53'00"E. along the easterly
