PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Henry B. Williams and Joyce Williams
hereinafter called the Grantors, in consideration for the sum of
twenty-one 00/100 dollars (t 21.00 ) from the City of
Tigard, hereinafter called Grantee, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a
perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting and. repairing of public utlities and appurtenances, together with
the right to remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees and other
obstructions on the following described parcel of land, situated in the City
of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon:

IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right,
title or interest except those expressly stated in this easement, nor
otheFvise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided,
however, that such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the
intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its
successors or assigns should cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of
the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall
immediately revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case
of such event:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.

Legal Description for Additional Right-of-Way. Dedication
A 5.00 foot wide strip of land located in that tract of land conveyed to Henry B.
Williams and Joyce Williams by deed recorded under Book 616, Page 95,
Washington County, Oregon, Deed Records, September 22, 1966 and in that tract
of land conveyed to Henry B. Williams and Joyce Williams by deed recorded under
Book 863, Page 280, said Deed Records, April 19, 1972, located in the Northeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 1 South, Range 1 West.
of the Willamette Meridian, and located in the City of Tigard, Washington County,
Oregon, said strip of land being specifically described as follows:
Beginning at a 2=inch iron pipe referred to in that deed conveying a tract of land
to David E. Farr, recorded under Book 616, Page 96, said Deed Records,
September 22, 1966, said point of beginning being on the North line of said Farr
tract, said point of beginning also being on the East right-of-way line of County
Road No. 2005, 25.00 feet from the centerline of said County Road;
Thence, from said point of beginning, North 1038143" East, along the East right-
of-way line of said County -Road, 10.00 feet to the most Southerly line of a tract.
of land conveyed to Joyce A. Williams by deed recorded under Document No.
81018455, said Deed Records, June 2, 1981;

right-of-way line of said County Road;

follows:
Beginning at a point North 1038'43" East, along the East right-of-way line of said
County Road, 73.36 feet and. South 88021'17" East, 5.00 feet from a 2-inch iron
pipe referred to in that deed conveying a tract of land to David E. Farr, recorded
under said Book 616, Page 96;
Thence, from said point of beginning, North 1038143" East, parallel with the East
right-of-way line of said County Road, 3.00 feet;
Thence, South 88021117" East, perpendicular with the East right-of-way line of
said County Road, 3.50 feet;
Thence, South 1038143" West, parallel with the East right-of-way line of said
