WAVERLY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, the grantor under the Trust Deed, is to convey a Permanent Public Utility.Easement to the City of Tigard, an Oregon municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, over that portion of the real property described as Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, as lies within the real property owned by Waverly Construction Company. Such easement will be dedicated. on. the plat of Woodford Estates Subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, for good. and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned; does., 40W hereby consent to and subordinate its beneficial interest under the Trust Deed to such easement.
