FANNO POINTE CONDOMINIUM OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, an Oregon corporation, does
hereby dedicate to the public a perpetual right-of-way for access and utility purposes on, over, across,
under, along and within the following described real properties in Washington County, Oregon:
See Exhibit "A"
Attached as Exhibit "B" is a map showing the location of the Property.
To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the public forever for uses and
purposes hereinabove stated.
The grantors hereby covenant that they are the owner in fee simple and the property is free of all
liens and encumbrances, they have good and legal right to grant their right above-described, and they
will pay all taxes and assessments due and owing on the property.
The true consideration for this conveyance consists of or includes other property or value given or
promised which is the whole consideration.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
A strip of land, generally one foot in width, for roadway purposes situated in FANNO POINTE
CONDOMINIUMS, a plat recorded in Washington County Document No. 2003178861 and
located in the Southeast one-quarter of Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the
Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon, said strip of land is
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, EDGEWOOD, a subdivision recorded in Book 2,

with the North boundary line of said Lot 2, to a point on said line which bears easterly in
direction, a perpendicular distance of 30.00 feet from the monumented centerline of Hall Blvd.
