September 2, 1987, Recorder's Fee No. 87045192, for the purpose of allowing
road ingress and egress, and for utility purposes to adjacent property owne
An easement agreement dated September 1, 1987, recorded September 2, 1987,
Recorder's Fee No. 87045193, for the purpose of allowing road ingress,-And
egress, for water and sewer lines, and all other utilities to Tax Lot 400
Map 2S 1 5DB from SW Scholls Ferry Road.
The above stated easement agreement was modified by instrument recorded
July 3, 1989, Recorder's Fee No. 89-30156.
An easement created by instrument dated April 6, 1989, recorded April 13,19 ED,
Recorder's Fee No. 89-16299, for the purpose of water line construction,
maintenance,.and._repair.
An.easement created by instrument dated April 6, 1989, recorded July 3, 1.98s,
Recorder's Fee No. 89-30158, for the purpose of water line construction,
maintenance, and repair.
An easement created by instrument dated September 14, 1989, recorded July
13, 1990, Recorder's Fee No. 90-37067 for the purpose of roadway and utilities
to adjacent properties.

In consideration of the release of easements by Tigard Water District,
.Titan Properties Corporation-arid Stone & Co., Inc., the owners of the
property subject to the.easements terminated by this Quitclaim Deed,
agree that Tigard Water District shall have no obligation to remove
abandoned water pipes., mains, and accessories thereto within such
terminated easement areas,, and it is an express condition to termination
that said.owners, their heirs, and assigns shall'hold`harmless and
indemnify Tigard'Water District from any and all claims arising out of
.the presence of any such abandoned water line facilities within the~
terminated 'easemerit area.
The termination and extinguishment of the above described easements by
this instrument is subject to.the condition that grantee of this instrument
provide to.grantor the alternate roadway and utility easements..de.scribed
in.that Agreement dated November 6, 1992, and recorded November 18, 1992,
as Recorder's Fee No. 92o82635 , Washington County Records.
