hereinafter called the Grantors, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual easement for constructing,
reconstructing, operating, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing of public utilities and appurtenances, together with the
right to remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees, and other obstructions on the parcel of land described in Exhibit
"A", situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $_Q.00 . However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right; title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover, provided, however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated, the right of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors, and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its successors, and assigns
forever. G

DESCRIPTION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
A description of an Public Utility Easement varying in width,
located in the John Hicklin D.L.C. No. 37 in the Southwest One
quarter of Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, of the
Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Partition Plat No. 1993-105
recorded in the Partition Plat Records of Washington County;
thence S 890 40' 31" W, along the south line of said Partition
Plat and the north right-of-way of SW Park Street, a distance of
35.00 feet to the Most easterly southwest corner; thence N 000
01' 50" E, along the west line of said Partition Plat, a distance
of .108.50 feet; thence N 890 23' 07" W, along the northerly south
line of said Partition Plat, a distance of 91.48 feet to the
southwest corner of Parcel 2 of Partition Plat No. 1992-092;
thence N 000 02" 00" E, along the west line of said Parcel 2, a
distance of 25.00 feet; thence N 890 41' 31" E a distance of
