for the consideration hereinafter stated, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto

hereinafter called grantee, and unto grantee's heirs, succesors and assigns all of the grantor's right, title and interest
in that certain real property with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
way appertaining, situated in the County of Washington _ , State of Oregon, described: as follows; to-wit:
A portion of,Lots 1 and 2, Marguerite Ochs Tracts, Washington County,
Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width, the longitudinal. centerline of which
is described as follows:
Beginning at a point 5 feet west of the southwest corner of Lot 9 of the
duly record of plat of Del Monte No.1, Washington County, Oregon; thence
S 000 14' W 165 feet to the southerly boundary of said Lot 1, Marguerite Ochs
Tracts; thence S 040 00' E 164 feet more or.less, to the northerly boundary
of the Hoodview No. 2 Subdivision.
This easement dated September 21, 1973, recorded September 31, 1973,
Recorder's Book 958 Page 190, for the construction, maintenance and repair of
and underground pipeline and/or mains for the purpose of conveying water
over, across, through and under the hereinabove described real property.
In consideration of the release of easement by Tigard Water District,
Beacon Homes, Inc., the owners of the property subject to. the easements
terminated by this Quitclaim Deed, agree that Tigard Water District shall
have no obligation to remove abandoned water pipes, mains,, and accessories
thereto within such terminated easement areas, and it is and express
condition to termination that said owners, their heirs, and assigns shall
