Diehl and Mary Ann'Diehl, by deed recorded January 2, 1957, in Book 389, Page 568, Washington County Deed Records; thence South along the west line of. said Diehl tract 250 feet to the Northeast corner of that certain tract conveyed to-Earl H. Agee and Martha Agee.by deed recorded October 12, 1950, in Book 312, Page 350, Washington.County Deed Records; thence West along the North line of said Agee tract 359 feet to the West line of said Section 12; thence North along said West line 2.50 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING therefrom the most westerly 30 feet which is reserved for the public.right-of-way, S. W. Hall Boulevard.
