hereinafter called the Grantors,
grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting, and repairing of public utilities and appurtenances, together with the right to remove, as necessary, vegetation,
foliage, trees, and other obstructions on the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A", situated in the City of Tigard,
Washington County, State of Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $ 0.00 . However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
It IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated, the right of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors, and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its successors, and assigns forever.

15 foot wide Sanitary Sewer Easement over that portion of a tract of land as
described in Document No. 94-025171, Washington County Deed Records, situated .
in a the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 2 South, Range 1 West,
Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, the centerline
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast comer of Lot 20, "Handy Acres"; Washington County
Plat Records, said point being the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave
southeasterly, having a radius of 333.12 feet, thence along said curve and the
southerly right of way line of S. W. Fem Street (60 feet wide) through a central angle
of 4°29'50"(chord bears S68°5444"W, a distance of 26.14 feet) an arc distance of
26.15 feet, thence S28032'21"E, a distance of 6.20 feet; thence S11 048'09"W, a
distance of 158.46 feet, thence S06°5936"W, a distance of 96.50 feet to a point on
the east line of that tract of land as described in Document No. 93-072466,
Washington County Deed Records and the Point of Beginning; thence continuing,
S06°59'36"W, a distance of 55.78 feet to the south line of said tract of land as
described in Document No. 93-072466.
The side lines of said 15 foot easement to be extended or shortened to terminate at
the east and south lines of said tract of land as described in Document No. 93-
