2 517 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
In consideration of One Dollar ($1.00),receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby grant
a perpetual easement to TIGARD TAT-:TER DISTRICT to construct,
install, operate, maintain, inspect, repair and replace
a pipe line from Tigard Water District Well No. 2 easterly
along the southern boundary of the following described
property of the undersigned located in Section 10, Township
2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in Washing-
ton County, Oregon, to wit:
Beginning at a stone at the quarter corner
on the north line of Section 10, Township
2 South, Ra.ngel West of the Willamette
Meridian, in Washington County, Oregon,
and running thence West 1307.5 feet to apoint
in the center of the County Road, being
the true place of beginning, thence S Oo 44' W
330.0 feet; thence East 317.5 feet to an
iron rod; thence S Oo 44' W 330.0 feet
to an iron rod; thence West 342.5 feet;,
thence N Oo 4.4' E 660.0 feet to the center
of the County Road; thence East along the
center line of the County Road, 25.0 feet
to the true place of beginning.
The pipe line shall be buried to such a depth as not
to interfere with ordinary cultivation of the land, and
shall be so located as not to damage strawberries now
growing near the southern boundary of said property.
This easement is granted for the use in connection
with construction of a water supply system. If, after
construction of the system, the grantee, its successors and
gBij. ns, ceases to use the easement hereby granted will
terminate and the grantee agrees to execute and deliver
an aPProPriate instrument relinquishing said easement.
The rights conditions and provisions of this

easement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon
the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of the respective parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed
