Gentlemen;
We are enclosing an Easement on a 50 foot
strip of ground that goes from the center of
Bull Mtn. road to within 75 feet of our south
boundary, thereby making it a dead end road.
However the Board wished to be protected in
case this 75 feet were, in the future, to
become a public road:
We therefore agree that if we open this strip
as a public road we will pay the cost of a.
four inch water main, installed, from Bull,
Mtn. road to our south boundry in accordancg
with the Tigard Water District specifications,

MOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that JOHN J. BUSHNESLL & MAUDE L. BUSHNELL,
Husband' and wife, hereinafter called the grantor, in consideration of One Dollar
and other good and valuable consideration, to the grantor paid, by the TIGARD WATER
DISTRICT, a public corporation, hereinafter called the grantee, does hereby grant
bargain and sell and convey unto the said grantee and grantee's assigns, an EASE-
MENT for purposes of egress and ingress over and across the following, described
real property, situated in the State of Oregon, and the County of Washington, to-wit:
A portion of the Northwest quarter of the.Nor.theast quarter of
Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, W. M., in Washington
County, Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 75 feet North of the Southeast corner
of that-tract of land conveyed to Leslie L: Nunn, et ux, by deed
recorded September 10, 1962, in Deed Book 471, page 331, running
thence East parallel to the South l:ine'bf t'he Northwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter 50 feet; thence North parallel to the
West line of the Northwest quarter. of the Northeast quarter to
the center of S..W. Bull Mountain koad; thence Northwesterly
along the center line of said road 50 feet, more or less, to a
point which is due North of the Northeast corner of said Nunn
Tract; thence South to the point of'beginning.----------------
To Have and to Hold the above described-arid granted premises unto the
said grantee and grantee's assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties have hereunto set their hands and
seals in.-duplicate on the day of September,'1963.
