Said easement being 7 feet wide and lying southerly and parallel to the following described line: Beginning at the point of intersection of the easterly property line of that certain parcel of land as described in Book 506, Page 122, recorded February 14, 1964, Washington County deed records and the proposed southerly right- of-way line of S.W. Bonita Road, which is 30.00 feet right (southerly) at right angles to center line station 29+63.72, more or less, as 4-148sur--Atwd in City of thence westerly along said proposed southerly right-of-way line a distance of 20.00 feet, more or less, to a point which is 30.00 feet right (southerly) and at right angles to center line station 29+43.72 and the terminus of this easement. The southerly line of said 7-foot easement being elongated or shortened to meet at said easterly property line and a line perpendicular to said station 29+43.72. IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title or interest except those expressly stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement. The Grantors, their heirs, successors, assigns or representatives shall not construct or maintain any building or other structures upon the above described real property prior to written approval by the City as to conformance with City specifications regarding construction.
