P PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Synnove Lover, hereinafter
called the Grantor, in consideration for the sum of Seventy and No/100 ($70.00) Dollars
from the City of Tigard, hereinafter called Grantee, grant and convey unto the City of
Tigard a perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting and repairing of public utilities, and appurtenances, together with the right to .
remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees and other obstructions on the following
described parcel of land, situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon:
An easement for utility purposes over a portion of that certain parcel of land situated in the
northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian,
Washington County, Oregon. Said easement being 7 feet wide and lying southerly and
parallel to the- following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of vacated S.W. 79th Avenue as
recorded in Fee No. 88-43088 and the existing southerly right-of-way line of S.W.
Bonita Road, which is 30.00 feet right and at right angles to engineer's center line
station 26+32.78, more or less,
4-eff _,-dated -"'~1; thence westerly along said existing southerly right-of-way line
and the proposed southerly right-of-way line a distance of 35.66 feet, more or less,
to a point which is 30.00 feet right and at right angles to engineer's center line station
25+97.12 and, the terminus of this easement.
The southerly line of said 7-foot easement being elongated or shortened to meet at the
easterly right-of-way line of S.W. 79th Avenue and a line perpendicular to said.station
26+32.78.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right,
title or interest except those expressly stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent
.Grantor from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that such use shall
not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has hereunto set her hand and seal this
