hereinafter called the Grantors, in consideration for the sum of other goods and

hereinafter called Grantee, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual
easement jor constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining, inspecting and
repairing of 'public utlities and appurtenances, together with the right to remove,

IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title
or interest except those expressly stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent
Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that such use
shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its
successors or assigns should cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of the
Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee,
its successors and assigns forever.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION-
A permanent storm drain easement being a 15.0 foot wide strip of
land, being a portion of that tract of land described in Fee No.
82-12928, Washington County deed records, situated in the
Northeast 1/4, Section 10, T.2S., R.1W., W.M., City of Tigard,
Washington County, Oregon, and lying 7.5 feet on each side of the
following described centerlines
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of said Fee No.
82-12928, which point.is North 33053' East, 70.0 feet from the
West corner of said tract]

thence, southeasterly parallel with the southwesterly line of
said Fee No. 82-12928, South 570251000 East, 10.0 feet to the
terminus point of the centerlinef
TOGETHER WITH a temporary easement for construction purposes over
a 40.0 foot wide strip of land lying 27.5 feet northeasterly and
12.5 feet southwesterly of the above described centerline.
The sidelines of the above described easements are subject to
lengthening and/or shortening so as to terminate on the
