KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT R. A. Gray Profit Sharing Trust
hereinafter called the Grantors, in consideration for the sum of

Tigard, hereinafter called Grantee,. grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a
perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting and repairing of an underground storm drainage line and
appurtenances,, together with the right to remove, as necessary, vegetation,
foliage, trees and other obstructions on the following described parcel of
land, situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon:
IT IS EXPRESSLY-MMERSTOOD that this easement does-.not convey any right,
title or interest except those expressly stated in this easement, nor G
otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided,
however, that such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of, the
intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its
successors or assigns should cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of
the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall
immediately revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case
of such event. '

a portion of lot 22, amended Plat of North Tigardville Addition,
a duly recorded subdivision, and being more particularly
described as follows:
A 20.0 foot wide strip of land being 10.0 feet on each side of
the following described centerline:
Beginning at the southwest corner of that tract of land as
conveyed to Scott Cress, recorded in Fee No. 86-021811,
Washington County deed records;
thence, along the southerly line of said Cress tract, South
71°40'00" East, 22.00 feet;

beginning of said centerline;
