RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT
The CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called CITY, hereby releases any and all
interest in a portion of an easement, situated in Washington County, Oregon, conveyed to CITY
by Document No. 2003-158757, Washington County, Oregon.
CITY no longer has a need for a portion of the easement described above; said portion is
described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual' easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting,' and repairing of an underground storm drainage line and appurtenances, together with the right to remove, as
necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees, and other obstructions on the parcel of land described in Exhibit "B", situated in the City
of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $_Q,&. However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover, provided, however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated, the right of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors, and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its successors, and assigns forever.

Tigard Marketplace - Storm Easement
A strip of land 20.00 feet in width, situated in the SW 1/4 of Section 2, T.2S., R1 W.,
W.M., City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, lying 10.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of that tract of land described by deed to
13500 Pacific Corp., a Michigan Corp., recorded in document No. 91-001296,
Washington County deed records that is North 53° 40' 2T' West 181.11 feet from the
most southerly corner of said Pacific Corp. tract;
Thence North 5° 51' 52" West 56.03 feet to the true point of beginning of the herein
described centerline;
Thence North 54° 46 11" West 51.22 feet to a point;
Thence North 38° 49' 16" East 54.89 feet to a point and the terminus of said centerline.
The sidelines of said 20-foot wide easement strip are subject to lengthening and / or
shortening so as to terminate upon the proper boundaries.
