Grantors, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating,
maintaining, inspecting, and repairing of an underground storm drainage line and appurtenances, together with the right to
remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees, and other obstructions on the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A", situated
in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $ 0.00 . However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that such
use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement. \
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said _
easement to be vacated, the right of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately revert
to the Grantors, their successors, and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its successors, and assigns forever.

STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT
A Storm Drainage Easement to be located within the "flag pole" portion and extending
westerly into the northeast "flag" portion of Lot 19 the plat of "Aspen Ridge", located in
the Southwest One-Quarter of the Northwest One-Quarter of Section 10, Township 2
South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 18 the plat of "Aspen Ridge", said point being
on the right-of-way of the SW Viewcrest Court cul-de-sac; thence along said right-of-
way line on a tangential curve to the right having a Radius of 50.00 feet, a Length of
25.00 feet, a Delta of 28°38'53" and a Chord of South 12°35'20 East 24.74 feet to a
point at the northeast corner of Lot 20 the plat of "Aspen Ridge"; thence leaving said
right-of--way line South 88°59'47" West 146.51 feet along the property line common to
said Lot 19 and Lot 20 to a point; thence North 02°08' 13" East 30.95 feet to a point on
the property line common to Document Number 98122268 and said Lot 19; thence South .
88°16'20" East 140.00 feet the Point of Beginning.
The Tract of Land contains 3,916 square feet, more or less. The Basis of Bearings is the
plat of Aspen Ridge.
