TEMPORARY STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Sierra Pacific Development Inc.
hereinafter called the Grantors, in consideration for the sum of
- none - dollars -0- ) from the City of
Tigard, hereinafter called Grantee, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard
a temporary easement for constructing and inspecting and underground storm
drainage line a appurtenances, together with the right to remove, as
necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees, and other obstructions on the
following described parcel of land, situated in the City of Tigard,
Washington County, State of Oregon:
See Exhibit "A", attached.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any
right, title or interest except those expressly stated in this easement.
This temporary easement shall be terminated upon completion of the recording
of Riverwood Estates (Phase #2) plat, at which time, upon request of the
owner, the City will issue a written release thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned corporation has caused this
easement to be executed by its duly authorized, undersigned officers acting
pursuant to resolution of it Board of Directors.

DESCRIPTION
August 22, 1991
A strip of land, 15.00 feet wide, in the northwest one-quarter of Section 14, T.2S., R.1W.,
W.M., Washington County, Oregon, the centerline of said strip being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 14; thence N.89°16'30"E. along the
North line of said northwest one-quarter and the centerline of S.W. Durham Road,
441.79 feet; thence leaving said centerline, S.00°12'48E., 20.00 feet to the northeast corner
of the plat of "Swanson's Glen", a duly recorded plat; thence continuing. S.00°12'48"E. along
the East line of said Swanson's Glen, 1009.77 feet; thence. leaving said East line,
N.89047'127E., 160.00 feet; thence S.00°12'48"E., 58.10 feet; thence N.89°46'41"E., 30.00 feet
to the True Point of Beginning of the strip herein described; thence S.00°12'48"E.,
215.58 feet; thence S.07°40'07"W., 145.15 feet; thence S.65°28'07"E., 210.85 feet; thence
S.20°35'25"W., 115.58 feet; thence S.63°38'13"W., 157.39 feet; thence S. 26°21'47"E., 112.72
feet to the terminus of this strip.
The sidelines of this strip shall be lengthened or shortened as required to meet that line
and easterly extension of said line bearing N.89041'46"E. at the above-described True Point
of Beginning.
