In and for consideration of the improvement of the storm easement area across the property-
known as 11065 SW North Dakota Street (Tax Map 1 S1 34DB lot 0300), we the
undersigned CORPORATION OF THE PRESIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF IESUS .
CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, A Utah corporation sole: hereby grant to the City of
Tigard, Contractor to be named, and their agents, permission to enter the property
mentioned above to conduct surveys and engineering studies, and upon completion of
approved plans, construct storm drain pipes and miscellaneous construction ancillary to the
proposed underground construction across the site.
This permission is not to be construed as a grant of land, but only as a trespass permission.
The City of Tigard and its agents shall be allowed access to that portion of the property
which fronts the proposed improvements. The Contractor shall restore any damaged
property to an equal or better condition..

a Utah corporation sole hereinafter called the Grantors, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual easement
for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing of an underground storm drainage line
and appurtenances, together with the right to remove, as necessary, Vegetation, foliage, trees, and other obstructions on
the parcel of land described in attached Exhibit "A", situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $5,000.00.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided; however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated, the right of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors, and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its successors, and assigns
forever.

A Storm Sewer Easement located in the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 1 South, Range 1 West,
Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon,
More particularly described a follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Lot 11 Jeffrey Estates also
being the Southwest Corner of the property described in Fee Number
93067755 of the Washington County Deed Records thence N 890 38'
19" E, along the south line of said deed and Jeffrey Estates, a
distance of 438.59 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 19 Jeffrey
Estates; thence S 000 03' 15" E, along the extension to the east
line of Jeffrey Estates and said Fee Number, a distance of 15.00
feet; thence S 890 38' 19" W, parallel with and 15.00 feet from
.said south line, a distance of 438.59 feet to the west line of
Jeffrey Estates extended and the easterly line of the property
described in Deed Book 408 Page 303 of the Washington County Deed
