Tigard,. hereinafter ca rantee, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a
perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting and repairing of an underground storm drainage line and appurtenances,
together with the right to remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees and
other obstructions on the following described parcel of land, situated in the City
of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon:

IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title
or interest except those expressly stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent
Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that such use
shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its
successors or assigns shoUd cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of the
Grantee in the-above described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee,
its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned corporation has caused this easement to be
executed by its duly authorized, undersigned officers acting pursuant to resolution
of it Board of Directors.

STORM SEWER EASEMENT
A strip of land with a variable width for the purpose of a
Storm Sewer Easement, being a portion of Lots 24 & 25 of
the duly recorded plat of "Willow Brook Farm", situated in
the Northeast one-quarter of Section 15,, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, County
of Washington and State of Oregon, the centerline being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 24; thence
along the South line of said Lot 24, North 89050'16" West,
a distance of 89.98 feet; thence North 00001058" East, a
distance of 90.00 feet; thence North 89050'16" West, a
distance of 28.08 feet to the centerline of the herein
described easement and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
along the centerline of a 25.00 foot wide easement (12.50
feet each side of centerline) the following courses and
distances: North 10007'44" West, a distance of 45.87 feet;
thence North 37058137" West, a distance of 22.75 feet;
thence North 09001151" West, a distance of 16.05 feet;
thence North 50012'01" West, a distance of 31.58 feet;
thence North 15042125" West, a distance of 93.76 feet;

point where the easement narrows to 15.00 feet in width
(7.50 feet each side of centerline); thence along the
centerline of said 15.00 foot wide easement, the following

151.26 feet; thence North 06006149" East, a distance of
125.79 feet to the South right-of-way line of S.W. Durham
Rd. (South right-of-way line being 45.00 feet from
centerline) and the terminus of said easement.
The side lines of said easement to be extended or
shortened to meet at angle points and.property lines.
