Cheryl,
Let me know what the permit number is and I will prepare the expenditure request form, I will get Dick's
signature, and then 1. will void the permit. There really is nothing for you to do, but just let me know the
information and I will take care,of the rest. However, if it is a customer's request, and not the City's error,
we would have the applicant complete that refund request form that you have.

I mistakenly processed a HOP I and business tax for an address outside of the Tigard city limits. I finally
got a call back from the -applicanttoday. He does no business in the city - only in Portland. How do I get
the refund process started for this?
