PD - Relinquishment of Radio Frequencies MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This memorandum of understanding is entered into and agreed
upon 'this 25th day' of September 1991.
To avoid future conflicts- or misunderstandings, it is hereby
agreed that the City of Tigard Police Department will relinquish
their radio frequencies 156.015 and 155.085 (repeated frequencies)
to the City of Tigard Field Operations Department.-
In consideration of the relinquishment of the aforesaid radio
frequencies, it is hereby agreed that:
1. The use of these frequencies will not be changed, nor will
application be made to change the use of these frequencies.
2 . The license status of these frequencies will not be changed,
nor will. application be made for license status change.
3. These frequencies will be used exclusively by the Tigard Field
,.Operations Department, and will not be shared with any other
organization or group.
It . is further understood that if the Tigard Field Operations
Department wants to make any changes tothefrequencies outlined
above, they will first contact the Tigard. Police Department to seek
authorization/comments on said requested changes.

RADIO TRANSMITTER INFORMATION,
Police Department and Public Works Shop
POLICE DEPARTMENT
The radio .which will .be installed in the new building will be in the same room
as the Switch Location#1 is indicated. The radio will be a Motorola MSR-2000
base control station, 110 watts VHF, private line operation, .with - two
frequencies: 155.085 mhz and 156.015 mhz. More specific details regarding
this transmitter may be received by calling Mr. Rick Foster with Motorola at
297-4711.
PUBLIC WORKS SHOP
The transmitter whichis currently installed in the Public Works Shop is
located in the Secretary' s Office. The radio is a Motorola L5388B-3100B1, FCC
type CC3134, 45 watts VHF, with one frequency : 155.925 mhz.
