By using a 6" 150 CFM placed in the crawl with 6" ducting running from the foundation vents in the back to the front crawl space, this 150 CFM fan will replace the 1950 Cubic feet of air space 4.6 times an hour and will be able to pull air from all areas of the crawl space. The fan is also wired with a humidistat sensor that will gauge the humidity of the crawl space and function as needed. We have also provided the fan with a troubleshooting line that runs to the ga- rage where a red sensor light will turn on if ever needed to indicate that the fan is not functioning prop- erly.
